This is our second year in a row playing the Virginia Chili, Blues ‘n Brews Festival and we are both celebrating 10 years this year so you know this is going to be an event to remember! Sponsored this year by Stable Craft Brewing, there will be $2000 in prize money for the chili cook off; $1,000 to 1st place, $500 to 2nd place, and $500 to 3rd place! The entertainment for the day will be The Lorie Strothers Blues Experience: 2:45pm – 3:20pm, The Bush League: 3:45pm – 5:15pm, Sun Dried Opossum: 5:30pm – 7:00pm, and headliner DuWayne Burnside: 7:30pm – 9pm (if you look hard you might see some familiar faces in his band)! This event will be rain or shine with a limited amount of advanced tickets going for $10; they will be $15 at the gate. This is also Royce’s 44th birthday so you know we are going to make a day of it; it’s a celebration!!!
